1951 MG TD

Update: SOLD! This pleasant MG TD has been in the family collection since 2003.

August 2019 Update: We have sold this MG TD and it is now being enjoyed by its new owner in Texas.

While in our care, it was stored inside with occasional summer driving. Brakes have been maintained. Carburetors are tuned and balanced. Tires and the battery are healthy. Prior to our ownership, it was restored by the previous owner during his retirement. The body timber, floors, and frame are solid. Door fit is good and the majority of the chrome is blemish-free. We recently used this car as a reference for finishing another MG TD restoration project, and upon the completion of that car, we elected to find another home for this very enjoyable sportscar.

An MG TD is an iconic addition to any car collection, but we admit to being a little biased on that assertion. TDs retain a lot of the appeal of the pre-WWII motorcars, yet their drivability supersedes that of the earlier cars. Restoration and maintenance parts are easily accessible through companies such as Moss Motors.

Please consider adding this 1951 MG TD to your collection. The current asking price is $17,500. For additional information, please contact us via email or leave a message on our telephone.
